We hope you love your Skall Studio purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
